Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic execution of F10X program
• Implement GE's proprietary Lean system 'FLIGHT DECK'
• Manage key performance indicators
• Support F10X senior leadership team
• Manage customer relationships
• Coach and mentor program enterprise
• Implement Lean initiatives
• Lead commercial negotiations
• Drive positive change initiatives
• Support program execution to protect business case

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience

Experience

Significant experience in Product Management & Program Management
