Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead development and implementation of nature risk solution applications
• Lead sales plans creation and execution in Japan and East Asia
• Serve as advisor for risk assessment methods and nature risk solutions
• Plan and develop new solutions for nature and biodiversity risks
• Promote nature-related initiatives and foster collaboration with MS & AD Group companies

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or higher in natural capital, environmental science or related field

• Environmental disclosures expertise
• TNFD and TCFD framework knowledge
• Product planning and development
• Sales strategy development
• Fluent in Japanese and English
