Key Responsibilities
- Manage product and support backlogs
- Lead refinement and planning processes for Content Services Engineering and QA teams
- Support development of annual and quarterly roadmaps
- Align team deliveries with cross-organizational teams
- Support Scrum Master on Daily Scrum and sprint ceremonies
- Support Content Services release management process
- Manage triage of Content Services issues
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Develop clear requirements and specifications
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure content platforms comply with standards
- Act as advocate for customer-centric content features
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
