Research Assistant, USAID DRG Learning, Evaluation, and Research (LER) Activity III

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of all deliverables
• Identify and review gray and peer-reviewed evidence
• Support analysis and evidence review drafting
• Participate in meetings with SI and USAID
• Work closely with SI HQ and other research team members
• Communicate in a timely and effective manner with all project personnel
• Abide by SI standards of ethics and quality

Requirements

Education

Master's degree with 2 years experience or Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience

Experience

2-4 years depending on education level

Required Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Political Science background (preferred)
• Research experience in DRG topics
• Experience conducting applied research studies
• Experience producing reports for USAID (preferred)
