EMC Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality function in medical part manufacturing operations with QC laboratory support
• Lead team of Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors
• Maintain QMS compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
• Oversee quality control and assurance for product specifications
• Maintain quality lab testing protocols and safety standards
• Manage capital equipment expenditure and annual budget
• Involve in NPI and quality engineering work
• Collaborate with Global Quality team
• Lead internal and external audits
• Manage supplier quality through audits and reviews
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Work on operations non-conformance and root cause analysis
