Key Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and administration of broad policies and programs
- Coordinate reorganization of major services
- Establish policy and program priorities
- Act as Agency Lead for Medicaid portion of RIBridges project
- Oversee contract, budget, and service level agreement oversight
- Manage state and contract staff
- Ensure accuracy of Medicaid eligibility determinations
- Create and maintain project plans
- Serve as liaison between business/program staff and technical staff
- Communicate with various stakeholders
- Provide Contract, Budget and Audit oversight
- Technical oversight of application functionality
- Lead department through auditing oversight
- Support weekend and evening work
Requirements
Education
Master of Science Degree in an administrative specialty
Experience
5 years in supervisory and administrative capacity
