Implementation Director Policy and Programs

Key Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and administration of broad policies and programs
• Coordinate reorganization of major services
• Establish policy and program priorities
• Act as Agency Lead for Medicaid portion of RIBridges project
• Oversee contract, budget, and service level agreement oversight
• Manage state and contract staff
• Ensure accuracy of Medicaid eligibility determinations
• Create and maintain project plans
• Serve as liaison between business/program staff and technical staff
• Communicate with various stakeholders
• Provide Contract, Budget and Audit oversight
• Technical oversight of application functionality
• Lead department through auditing oversight
• Support weekend and evening work

Requirements

Education

Master of Science Degree in an administrative specialty

Experience

5 years in supervisory and administrative capacity
