Associate Director – Offender Healthcare Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of integrated healthcare in HMP London and Kent
• Manage overall annual budget of £44 million across 9 prison sites
• Oversee approximately 500 staff members
• Regular liaison with commissioners and prison governors
• Lead development of new business opportunities
• Coordinate service provision with Heads of Healthcare
• Manage sub-contracted services
• Provide visible leadership across 9 prison sites
• Ensure performance management and monitoring
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and partner organizations

Requirements

Education

Degree level with relevant masters/doctorate or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years senior management level experience
