Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of Learning Pathway projects with regulations and design philosophy
• Manage creation and execution of growth plans for Learning Pathways
• Support innovation and technologies to improve learner experience
• Collect, analyze and report on Learning Pathway performance metrics
• Manage modality-specific IT projects
• Facilitate communication of decisions across leadership
• Manage operations & data personnel
• Develop relationships with academic leaders and support teams
• Provide strategic recommendations on short-term and long-term planning
