Key Responsibilities

• Oversee internal investigations into ethical violations, legal non-compliance, and fraud
• Personally manage and conduct complex investigations
• Work closely with functional and business partners
• Provide expertise in government contracting regulations
• Prepare comprehensive reports on investigation findings
• Present findings to senior leadership
• Develop and update investigation-related policies
• Manage multiple complex investigations and projects

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree (J.D., MBA) preferred

Experience

12 years of professional experience in corporate compliance, with 8 years in senior investigative role
