Program Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Guide operational aspects of the center with Center Director and Program Directors
- Balance staff assignments across project portfolio and proposals
- Update and maintain business operations systems
- Maintain shared resources including boilerplate text and templates
- Review monthly project portfolio financials and overhead tracking
- Manage staff time allocation across projects and proposals
- Organize and maintain program area folders on SharePoint
- Manage logistics for staff meetings and annual retreat
- Support implementation of skills matrix and onboarding programs
- Serve as contact for staff regarding RTI's operating policies
- Support project management activities
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
3 years with Bachelor's or 1 year with Master's
