Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute processes for assigned assessment programs
  • Lead content areas and review/approve development deliverables
  • Oversee projects ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget
  • Create and maintain process documentation and ancillary materials
  • Provide reviews for passages, tests, graphics, items, and forms
  • Lead project teams and implement coaching
  • Manage communications with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support development of program and product roadmaps
  • Serve as subject-matter expert in assessment
  • Track deliverables and propose solutions for process improvements

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education and/or specific content area

Experience

5 years minimum in item and/or assessment development

Required Skills

  • Content expertise in ELA, math, science, or social studies
  • Knowledge of curriculum materials and standards
  • Experience in item writing and assessment
  • Understanding of technical requirements for items and tests
  • Knowledge of research design and data analysis
  • Understanding of psychometric concepts
  • Familiarity with Jira
  • Knowledge of Lean/Agile processes
  • Project management
  • Problem-solving
  • Communication
  • Leadership
