Dean of Behavioral Science, Public Service and Education Division

Key Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategic direction for the Division
• Support faculty in curriculum development and implementation
• Schedule and ensure equitable delivery of instructional sessions
• Recruit, orient, supervise, and evaluate Division staff
• Manage Division budgets
• Facilitate communication within departments
• Calculate faculty teaching workloads
• Ensure program compliance with NECHE and DHE standards
• Develop community relationships and partnerships
• Oversee academic program review cycle
• Facilitate dispute resolution
• Collaborate with Admissions/Enrollment Management
• Establish transfer agreements with baccalaureate schools

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in related discipline (Terminal degree preferred)

Experience

3-5 years teaching at college level and 3-5 years administrative experience
