- Develop and execute strategies to optimize provider performance across regions
- Ensure adoption of corporate processes and standards
- Lead provider performance monitoring and improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration among Vice Presidents of Provider Strategy
- Cultivate relationships with key providers across regions
- Oversee cost reduction and provider satisfaction initiatives
- Drive development of provider governance tools
- Develop and mentor team members
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
Experience
10+ years in senior leadership roles within provider management
