Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals for territory
- Manage forecasting, sales presentations, channel development and prospecting within territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal HPE stakeholders to expand Morpheus message
- Work within HPE teams structures to educate and enable salesforce to be confident with Morpheus messaging
- Call and present at all levels up to and including C level
- Build relationships with partners, alliances, and customers to grow sales and references
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Morpheus' product and processes
- Position HPE end-to-end solutions and articulate aligned business strategies to both HPE colleagues and customers
- Lead the Regional Morpheus sales organization
- Set direction and manage deliverables of the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regional market
