Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial cost estimate
- Create Works Breakdown Structure and Organization Breakdown Structure
- Structure initial planning of activities
- Coordinate project team and WBS elements
- Manage project risks
- Maintain customer relationship
- Report project status and participate in Integrated Programme team meetings
- Establish and update weekly schedule of activities
- Create and update progress trackers
- Establish project baseline and trace change requests
- Conduct cost estimate of change requests
- Identify deviations from initial baseline
- Ensure conformity to project management standards
- Provide project synthesis and lessons learned
- Deliver projects within Quality, Costs, Delays (QCD) objectives
- Ensure proper workload/capacity management
- Generate monthly Project dashboard and KPI
Requirements
Education
Master degree or equivalent
Experience
Strong track record with proven experience required
