AI Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Oversee legal and regulatory aspects of AI
• Enforce AI related standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead the AI Centre of Excellence
• Ensure solutions are implemented within security frameworks
• Provide architectural guidance and support to Program Architects and Service Architects
• Design scalable and resilient AI solutions
• Serve as technical leader and subject matter expert on AI technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI landscape and solutions
• Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of solutions
• Operate within economic framework for design decisions
• Manage suppliers and track technology innovation

Requirements

Education

University degree or Higher Vocational Education

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Architecture

• Extensive experience in AI
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• System Integration
• Lightning Experience
• Salesforce best practices
• Good communication skills
• Project management or team leading skills
• English language proficiency
• German language (asset)
• Analytical and design thinking
• Experience with agile methodology and SAFe framework
