AIML – Sr User Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers, PMs, designers, and data scientists on research goals
• Design and execute in-person and remote user studies
• Extract insights from qualitative and quantitative data
• Recommend product improvements based on findings
• Evolve research planning, processes and tools
• Mentor other researchers
• Communicate insights to executives and stakeholders

Requirements

Education

BS/MS in behavioral/social sciences, psychology, neuroscience, HCI, or related field
