- Ensure well-coordinated New Product Introduction
- Champion customer-centric solutions for AppleCare Digital
- Coordinate post-launch digital insight from social media, communities, SEO
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve NPI strategy and optimize support experiences
- Represent AppleCare Digital in cross-functional updates
- Deliver timely and quality product launches for AppleCare Digital
- Synthesize digital data to provide insight on issues and product feature requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and implement customer experience opportunities
- Lead presentations on pre-launch status and post-launch performance to senior management
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business/engineering or equivalent
