Applied Scientist, People eXperience and Technology Central Science Team (PXTCS)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with science and engineering teams on re-imagining Generative AI Applications and Generative AI Infrastructure for HR
• Develop and deliver solutions to improve Amazon and the lives, wellbeing, and value of work to Amazonians
• Participate in business planning and work closely with senior leaders
• Develop goals and resource requirements
• Influence long-term technical and business strategy
• Help hire and develop science and engineering talent
• Provide support to business partners
• Help solve current and upcoming challenges
• Deliver efficiency gains in a changing market

Requirements

Education

PhD, or Master's degree

Experience

3+ years of building models for business application experience

• Programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience in algorithms and data structures
