Key Responsibilities

• Lead team of Line Performance Managers and production operators
• Deliver agreed production volumes
• Meet key KPIs
• Maintain legal requirements for safety, quality, and cost standards
• Promote and maintain safe working environment
• Ensure product quality meets standards
• Promote cleaning standards in line with GMP
• Contribute to factory master plan development
• Direct production and maintenance strategy
• Drive continuous improvement activities
• Ensure smooth factory operation through employee engagement
• Take ownership for talent management

Requirements

Education

Degree preferred (technical discipline)

Experience

Leadership role in complex manufacturing environment
