Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project implementation
- Coordinate project activities
- Manage Benefits Realization Management (BRM)
- Facilitate project review meetings for IT-related application projects
- Constantly look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
- Discuss with stakeholders and understand requirements in detail
- Create scope of work
- Manage resources
- Coordinate with vendors
- Assign and monitor tasks
- Lead project delivery in other countries
- Design and create data tools to automate manual processes
- Identify and implement initiatives that drive operational efficiencies
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain benefits realization matrix plan
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in IT sector
Experience
7-10 years
Required Skills
- Strong communication
- Project management
- Basic SAP module knowledge
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- Software coding experience in any programming language
- Experience in 3PL, FMCG Wholesale, Distribution and Retail industries
