Key Responsibilities
- Direct and quality assure staff and student activities
- Support and administer annual school assessment and monitoring
- Collaborate with Principal and Vice Principal to supervise and evaluate staff
- Provide leadership in screening and interviewing applicants
- Implement student achievement improvement efforts
- Oversee MAP/Exact Path student achievement plan
- Collaborate with SLT team on instructional methods
- Assist in staff CPD development
- Complete and submit required reports and data requests
- Work with administrators to foster team collaboration
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education or B.Sc with PGCE (Master's preferred)
Experience
6 years minimum, including 4 years exceeding performance standards and 2 years in middle leadership
