Associate Scientist

Key Responsibilities
- Support R&D Lab activities including equipment calibration, qualification, documentation, and Trackwise records
- Execute incoming inspection on components and sub-assemblies
- Support testing of combination products within Global Device Development portfolio
- Develop and validate test methods for Design Verification Testing
- Contribute to quality objectives defined in GDD QMS
- Perform general laboratory activities including procedure updates, metrics generation, sample management, data review/verification
- Conduct trending and statistical analysis of analytical data
- Lead and review device investigations
- Adhere to ISO 13485 and Global Device Development QMS
- Support equipment qualifications, vendor calibrations, and preventative maintenance
- Attend EHS training and adhere to EHS procedures
Requirements
Education
Masters/Degree in Engineering/Science
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a lab environment
Required Skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Technical writing
- Statistical analysis
- Proficiency with Minitab (preferred)
- GMP environment experience (preferred)
