Key Responsibilities

  • Support R&D Lab activities including equipment calibration, qualification, documentation, and Trackwise records
  • Execute incoming inspection on components and sub-assemblies
  • Support testing of combination products within Global Device Development portfolio
  • Develop and validate test methods for Design Verification Testing
  • Contribute to quality objectives defined in GDD QMS
  • Perform general laboratory activities including procedure updates, metrics generation, sample management, data review/verification
  • Conduct trending and statistical analysis of analytical data
  • Lead and review device investigations
  • Adhere to ISO 13485 and Global Device Development QMS
  • Support equipment qualifications, vendor calibrations, and preventative maintenance
  • Attend EHS training and adhere to EHS procedures

Requirements

Education

Masters/Degree in Engineering/Science

Experience

Minimum 2 years in a lab environment

Required Skills

  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Technical writing
  • Statistical analysis
  • Proficiency with Minitab (preferred)
  • GMP environment experience (preferred)
