AVP, Release Manager, Consumer Banking Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain release schedules
• Create and manage implementation plan, release meetings and production cutover
• Validate release scope with project managers and delivery managers
• Plan and rollout Avaloq releases in production and UAT environments
• Manage software packaging, deployment and log analysis
• Ensure technical validation of releases
• Manage service tasks including Avaloq release administration
• Act as primary stakeholder contact
• Support production release and interface team communication
• Identify and mitigate release-related risks
• Document and educate users on best practices
• Improve release processes and methodologies
• Manage version control systems
• Collaborate with QA teams
• Provide training and support
• Conduct post-release reviews

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
