Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation of disability claimant functionality
- Advise on complex claims at multidisciplinary clinical review roundtables
- Conference with treating providers to evaluate clinical symptomology
- Leverage rehabilitation and risk management resources
- Identify return to work options and barriers
- Review clinical integration systems
- Manage STD to LTD transition on behavioral health claims
- Ensure excellent documentation of functionality assessments
- Collaborate with Ability Benefits Manager and key stakeholders
Requirements
Education
Master's Degree in behavioral health or mental health discipline
Experience
3 years minimum clinical practice experience

Required Certifications
