Key Responsibilities

• Identify improvement potentials and develop data-based solutions
• Contribute expertise in implementing data analytics projects
• Create analyses and reporting solutions to enhance transparency and efficiency
• Actively support CREM departments in implementing the digitalization agenda and data strategy
• Optimize processes in close collaboration with departments
• Support data-based insights for informed decision-making
• Train and support colleagues in handling data and analysis tools to further develop their competencies

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Engineering, or Natural Sciences)

Required Skills

• Proficiency with reporting and visualization tools like Power BI
• Comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods and corresponding tools
• Experience with process analysis and automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Platform, APIs)
• Strong analytical thinking
