Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace needs assessments
- Identify and recommend reasonable adjustments
- Demonstrate knowledge of assistive technologies
- Deliver training and coaching
- Compile competent reports
- Meet SLAs and complete reports within timescales
- Work with multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain high client satisfaction
- Contribute to KPI targets
- Assist with administration and projects
- Provide occupational/business psychology consultancy
- Act as point of contact for clients
- Develop solutions with clients
- Supervise and mentor assistant psychologists and assessors
Requirements
Education
Masters or PhD in Psychology
Experience
Applied experience working with Neurodivergence
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of neurodiversity
- Knowledge of Equality Act 2010
- Experience delivering training and coaching
- Report writing
- Client communication
- Problem-solving
- Consultancy skills
Required Certifications
- Eligibility for British Psychological Society membership
- ABP Certified Business Psychologist (desirable)
