Business Psychologist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace needs assessments
• Identify and recommend reasonable adjustments
• Demonstrate knowledge of assistive technologies
• Deliver training and coaching
• Compile competent reports
• Meet SLAs and complete reports within timescales
• Work with multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain high client satisfaction
• Contribute to KPI targets
• Assist with administration and projects
• Provide occupational/business psychology consultancy
• Act as point of contact for clients
• Develop solutions with clients
• Supervise and mentor assistant psychologists and assessors

Requirements

Education

Masters or PhD in Psychology

Experience

Applied experience working with Neurodivergence

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of neurodiversity
• Knowledge of Equality Act 2010
• Experience delivering training and coaching
• Report writing
• Client communication
• Problem-solving
• Consultancy skills

Required Certifications

• Eligibility for British Psychological Society membership
• ABP Certified Business Psychologist (desirable)
