Key Responsibilities

• Serve as expert resource to professionals in specialty
• Foster cooperative working relationships with internal and external contacts
• Assess needs and contribute to planning unit goals
• Provide individual and group career counselling services
• Advise students on career-related matters
• Assess student psychological needs
• Facilitate educational workshops and seminars
• Create safe spaces for counselling
• Develop and evaluate career education programs
• Oversee research and development of career resources

Requirements

Education

Master's Degree in counselling discipline or related field

Experience

5 years career counselling experience, 2 years supervisory experience
