Key Responsibilities
- Analyze plant performance data for improvement opportunities
- Apply plant modelling tools for optimization
- Develop and monitor KPIs
- Manage environmental emissions testing
- Maintain process and performance monitoring systems
- Perform Root Cause Analysis
- Coordinate with RWEST for commercial integration
- Support O&M organization with training
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Process Technology, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience
3-5 years
