Community Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic activities, partnerships and programs
- Understand and respond to needs, assets and barriers of the property and community
- Collect and use data, research and information to inform priority areas
- Identify opportunities and apply strategies to enhance partnerships
- Support the execution of resident-informed programs and events
- Develop standard operating procedures, policies, guides, toolkits, templates and other resources
- Contribute to anti-racism, reconciliation and EDIB initiatives
- Support collaboration among diverse parties
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on internal projects
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development or related field
Experience
