Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic activities, partnerships and programs
  • Understand and respond to needs, assets and barriers of the property and community
  • Collect and use data, research and information to inform priority areas
  • Identify opportunities and apply strategies to enhance partnerships
  • Support the execution of resident-informed programs and events
  • Develop standard operating procedures, policies, guides, toolkits, templates and other resources
  • Contribute to anti-racism, reconciliation and EDIB initiatives

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on internal projects
