Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs
- Participate in the annual global compensation salary survey process
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing
- Respond to compensation inquiries
- Support the development of salary increase proposals and promotions
- Assist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs
- Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with regulations
- Conduct market research and benchmarking
- Provide support in the administration of salary planning, merit planning, and incentive programs
- Approve job/compensation-related actions in Workday
- Prepare compensation reporting and analyses
- Assist and support compensation-related projects, processes, and audits
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field
Experience
0 to 2 years
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
