Country Agreements Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team of Agreement Managers in the Africa Region
• Understand market segment, customer's business and manage interactions with different stakeholders to meet strategic goals
• Manage, monitor and develop the Agreement managers team in own responsibility area
• Ensure agreements are delivered according to contract and having performance-based mindset seeking for continuous improvement
• Define action plans for assigned agreement team according to business strategy
• Continuous improvement mindset, fostering this way of working with the team
• Evaluate performance compared to baseline performance for selected key performance indexes
• Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships up to MD level / key stakeholders
• Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers
• Ensure corrective actions are taken on Satisfaction survey feedback
• Coach team to identify and focus on sales opportunities
• Create value together with customers by climbing the services value ladder
• Lead by example at organizational level
• Inspire, motivate and guide others to adopt vision and strategy for the organization
• Cultivate an open, cooperative and collaborative learning culture for the organization
• Ensure top customers' account plans are thoroughly followed
• Identify, assess and manage potential risks in the assigned Agreements portfolio
• Utilize data and anticipate potential gaps to make strategic decisions
• Understand all regulation changes and updates, with impact analysis on customer and company
• Demonstrate commitment to QHS, Environmental; Quality Systems, WCI and actively participate in Wartsila initiatives

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Energy, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Experience

4 to 8 years of relevant experience
