Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school and district leaders to conduct curriculum audits
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for alignment in curriculum frameworks
• Develop actionable recommendations based on audit findings
• Provide guidance on integrating curriculum standards, pacing, and instructional strategies
• Develop tools and resources to support effective implementation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on curriculum development and implementation
• Design and deliver professional learning sessions
• Develop ongoing support models
• Customize professional development
• Support Commercial Team to scope and define project requirements
• Capture customer requirements during sales process
• Create high-quality instructional materials
• Collaborate with internal and external teams
• Pilot materials and incorporate feedback
• Build strong relationships with school and district staff
• Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams
• Work closely with internal teams to refine processes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
