Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with school and district leaders to conduct curriculum audits
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for alignment in curriculum frameworks
- Develop actionable recommendations based on audit findings
- Provide guidance on integrating curriculum standards, pacing, and instructional strategies
- Develop tools and resources to support effective implementation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on curriculum development and implementation
- Design and deliver professional learning sessions
- Develop ongoing support models
- Customize professional development
- Support Commercial Team to scope and define project requirements
- Capture customer requirements during sales process
- Create high-quality instructional materials
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Pilot materials and incorporate feedback
- Build strong relationships with school and district staff
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams
- Work closely with internal teams to refine processes
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
