Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to Customer SC Strategy
- Develop and execute Customer Care strategy
- Define strategy for new businesses
- Drive logistical account development year plans
- Ensure high customer service
- Represent logistical voice of the customer
- Drive execution of Order to Cash process
- Improve robotizing, VMI, EDI, and digitalization processes
- Evaluate bottlenecks and drive improvement actions
- Own KPI dashboards and reports
- Participate in Community of Practice
- Monitor and analyze Fighting Unit order fulfillment
- Coordinate constraining and allocation process
- Manage and develop team
- Support stakeholders in change management
- Establish and optimize team processes
Requirements
Education
Master's degree
Experience
> 10 Years
