Key Responsibilities

  • Provide input to Customer SC Strategy
  • Develop and execute Customer Care strategy
  • Define strategy for new businesses
  • Drive logistical account development year plans
  • Ensure high customer service
  • Represent logistical voice of the customer
  • Drive execution of Order to Cash process
  • Improve robotizing, VMI, EDI, and digitalization processes
  • Evaluate bottlenecks and drive improvement actions
  • Own KPI dashboards and reports
  • Participate in Community of Practice
  • Monitor and analyze Fighting Unit order fulfillment
  • Coordinate constraining and allocation process
  • Manage and develop team
  • Support stakeholders in change management
  • Establish and optimize team processes
