Key Responsibilities

• Lead data product initiatives within the Learning domain
• Manage and oversee learning analytics dashboard products
• Build and maintain scalable, modular semantic models and visualizations
• Advise and support on managing complex data pipelines and transformations in Databricks
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users
• Create and deliver presentations, training sessions, and user support materials
• Redefine and implement key metrics
• Collaborate with AI teams to explore innovative solutions
• Drive data-driven transformations
• Guide team members in data analytics best practices
• Support teams to re-use work done and existing models
• Support a culture of data-driven decision-making
• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, peers, and other relevant roles
