Data Protection Lawyer – Manager – Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support business compliance with DP legislation
• Advise on data transfer solutions including UK and EU Data Transfer Agreements
• Handle data subject access requests and breach incidents
• Review government contracts and risk review papers
• Advise on data/tech driven products including AI
• Review third party supplier/vendor arrangements
• Draft and negotiate data protection terms in contracts
• Provide legal advice on privacy implications of new technologies
• Review and update internal policies
• Respond to daily data protection queries
