Key Responsibilities
- Implement proactive discovery and monitoring process for data integrity
- Develop product based solutions for data validation
- Maintain central ownership of data hygiene processes
- Provide tactical support for Leadership Gift data hygiene
- Develop protocols for triaging data hygiene issues
- Design and execute data input and transfer protocols
- Define shared cross-team responsibilities for data fixes
- Develop critical onboarding training for data management
- Develop and monitor third party data usage policies
- Work on incident response protocols
- Ensure data transfers comply with Data Protection standards
- Develop and maintain data integration strategy
- Collaborate on data integration needs and solutions
- Configure, test, and deploy data integration solutions
- Perform data mapping and transformation activities
- Troubleshoot data integration issues
- Monitor and analyze data integration processes
- Document data integration processes and guidelines
- Collaborate on system enhancements and process improvements
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Assist in promoting user adoption of fundraising systems
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in QA/QC engineer, data analysis, data management, or technical business analyst role
