Digital Business Analyst – Mobile App

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owners and cross-functional delivery teams
• Champion Agile way of working
• Work with Delivery Managers to identify and remove impediments
• Build understanding of existing system and application landscape
• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements
• Translate requirements into acceptance criteria
• Support Product Owners in challenging business units

Requirements

Education

An appropriate degree, equivalent qualification or experience

Experience

Minimum 3 years practical experience in Business Analysis role or business relationship management in a digital environment

Required Skills

• Understanding of API integrations
• Knowledge of Mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
• Familiarity with analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of product and agile delivery methodology

Required Certifications

• Preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scaled Agile, Scrum Master or equivalent
