Director, Community Impact

Key Responsibilities

• Create legacy programs that can make an impact on the local and national basketball community
• Serve as a point of contact for sponsors' community impact department
• Manage and oversee implementation of social impact programs
• Assist with creation and management of Atlanta Dream's community foundation
• Serve as primary point of contact for player appearances
• Ensure effective engagement of ownership and personnel in community impact strategy
• Create employee volunteering and giving opportunities
• Work with teams to distribute compelling content
• Guide organization in social impact and DEI
• Manage social impact donation, programming and foundation budget
• Manage Community Activations staff

Education

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
