Director, Corporate Strategic Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning process and annual strategic plan execution
• Create templates and coach division partners on strategy development
• Coordinate senior leadership and Board strategic planning retreats
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics for long-term goal development
• Engage with Business Architecture team for strategic roadmap development
• Partner with Transformation Office for Operating Plan development
• Lead enterprise Planning Council
• Monitor external environmental impacts on long-term goals
• Develop corrective action plans for performance gaps
• Execute internal communications strategy
• Provide assistance to Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, MBA preferred

Experience

10+ years related experience with 5+ years people management
