Director, Corporate Strategic Planning

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic planning process and annual strategic plan execution
- Create templates and coach division partners on strategy development
- Coordinate senior leadership and Board strategic planning retreats
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics for long-term goal development
- Engage with Business Architecture team for strategic roadmap development
- Partner with Transformation Office for Operating Plan development
- Lead enterprise Planning Council
- Monitor external environmental impacts on long-term goals
- Develop corrective action plans for performance gaps
- Execute internal communications strategy
- Provide assistance to Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, MBA preferred
Experience
10+ years related experience with 5+ years people management
