- Managing talent acquisition and onboarding
- Leading employee relations and industrial relations
- Overseeing performance management and L&D
- Managing succession planning and talent management
- Administering compensation & benefits programs
- Participating in EMEA Management Team
- Creating and revising job descriptions
- Conducting new employee orientations
- Maintaining department records and organizational charts
