Key Responsibilities
- Optimise all aspects of UCL's property (academic and student accommodation), asset management and space strategy across the multi-faceted portfolio
- Take active responsibility for stakeholder management (staff and students), improving campus experience, customer-centricity and delivery of services
- Pro-actively manage and demonstrate value from the property budget
- Lead, develop, and coordinate a high performing professional team
- Promote a customer focused, constructively challenging, responsive and adaptable service
- Lead the development and implementation plan for the UCL Estates 2050 Vision
- Develop and implement short and longer-term space management principles and policies
- Work with Estates Performance and Programme management team to deliver and track relevant key performance indicators
- Drive preparation, presentation and endorsement of high-quality business cases
Requirements
Education
Degree level plus post graduate management qualification
Experience
Director-level experience

- Professional, technical and strategic advice at senior management level
- High level technical knowledge of space strategy and property management
