EU Purchase Specialist for IT/IS

Key Responsibilities
- Procure IT hardware and software licenses across Europe
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices
- Oversee the procurement process
- Manage software licenses
- Understand and manage cloud-based subscription models and enterprise agreements
- Develop and manage SOWs, SLAs, and MSAs with suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and products
- Collaborate with IT and other departments
- Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Resolve issues with orders or deliveries
- Develop market intelligence program
- Build and maintain connections with Global and Local Purchasing
- Identify and engage EU vendors
- Ensure timely implementation of EU negotiations
- Assess and evaluate suppliers
- Work cross-functionally to establish QCD targets

Education
University degree

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI, SAP
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
