Key Responsibilities

  • Procure IT hardware and software licenses across Europe
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices
  • Oversee the procurement process
  • Manage software licenses
  • Understand and manage cloud-based subscription models and enterprise agreements
  • Develop and manage SOWs, SLAs, and MSAs with suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and products
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments
  • Manage inventory of IT assets and equipment
  • Resolve issues with orders or deliveries
  • Develop market intelligence program
  • Build and maintain connections with Global and Local Purchasing
  • Identify and engage EU vendors
  • Ensure timely implementation of EU negotiations
  • Assess and evaluate suppliers
  • Work cross-functionally to establish QCD targets
