Key Responsibilities
- Review market practice and Corporate Governance for executive remuneration
- Propose adjustments to remuneration policies for Supervisory Board, Board of Management and Executive Committee
- Support design of variable incentive plans
- Advise on remuneration for hires, moves and exits
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and governance
- Prepare documents and advise Remuneration Committee
- Ensure adequate reporting in Remuneration Report
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Accounting, Rewards Management, or HR-related field
Experience
11 years with Bachelor's degree OR 9 years with Master's degree

- Understanding of Dutch executive compensation landscape
- Corporate Governance knowledge

- Fluent in English
- Dutch language proficiency (preferred)
