Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall Campus growth strategy development and execution
- Develop and lead revenue generation initiatives
- Identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Partner with Market leadership
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Ensure metrics are in place to measure performance
- Identify potential capital projects and partnerships
- Coordinate with Finance on capital projects
- Collaborate on merger/acquisition opportunities
- Oversee Campus Business Development teams
- Direct provider outreach
- Monitor volume trends
Requirements
Education
Master's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3 years leadership position AND 6 years healthcare/business development experience
