GIS Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through lead generation and reactivating inactive customers
• Serve as single-point-of-contact for customer accounts
• Maintain pricing with 98% accuracy
• Process RGAs, disputes, and credits
• Create and maintain customer master data
• Respond to inquiries within 4 hours
• Execute sales and marketing programs
• Provide customer service support
• Manage customer orientation and onboarding

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales or Marketing (preferred)
