Head of Data & Insights – Electronic Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production and use of Management Information and Performance packs
• Establish and develop best practices in presentation and delivery of management information
• Work with Enterprise Data Office for reporting solutions
• Oversee implementation of Contract Data Quality Framework
• Ensure Data Governance processes are adopted
• Manage stakeholders and attend management meetings
• Optimise and monitor contract performance and KPIs
• Own suite of reporting including key risk and performance indicators
• Direct team in provision of reliable timely actionable insights

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in numerate discipline or engineering field (Master's highly desirable)

Experience

Experience as Head of Data and Insights or similar within criminal justice or public safety sector

Required Skills

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of data related techniques and technologies
• Data quality standards
• Legislation and best practice knowledge
• Leadership experience in data analyst and decision support teams
• Experience defining and implementing data quality rules and frameworks
• Experience creating business requirement driven insights
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
