Head of Finance France

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Financial, Regulatory and Group Reporting information is delivered for DB Paris branch and local legal entities
• Oversee the control environment for the relevant branches/legal entities
• Represent Finance on regional boards, operating committees and executive committees
• Assess and provide guidance on the impact of new activities and financial/regulatory requirements
• Implement global/regional strategies
• Taxation oversight and Treasury compliance
• Coordinate Country tax
• Support to, liaison and oversight of DB Paris branch for tax risks and issues

Requirements

Education

Master degree in business administration and/or finance

Required Skills

• Understanding of Local Financial Regulations and EU Regulations
• Strong understanding and experience of IFRS accounting standards, Local GAAP and IFRS
• Strong technical accountant knowledge
• Experience in international investment banking environment
• Strong Financial Control focus
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Focus on performance and professional development
• Fluent in French and English
• Collaboration skills with diverse international teams and stakeholders
