Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to support business goals attainment
  • Contribute to annual HR business plans deployment
  • Execute tactics in alignment with HR strategy
  • Create strategic workforce plans including development and staffing plans
  • Assess needs and deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Facilitate change management, coach leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
  • Partner with company leaders to assess, build, and develop strong talent pipelines
  • Coach, advise, and guide business leaders, managers, and employees on HR policies
  • Drive implementation of performance and talent management processes
  • Drive positive employee relations
  • Drive recruiting and retention strategy implementation
  • Collaborate across the HR organization to ensure HR functions proactively capture opportunities
  • Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial relations

Experience

5 to 7 years
