Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support business goals attainment
- Contribute to annual HR business plans deployment
- Execute tactics in alignment with HR strategy
- Create strategic workforce plans including development and staffing plans
- Assess needs and deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Facilitate change management, coach leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
- Partner with company leaders to assess, build, and develop strong talent pipelines
- Coach, advise, and guide business leaders, managers, and employees on HR policies
- Drive implementation of performance and talent management processes
- Drive positive employee relations
- Drive recruiting and retention strategy implementation
- Collaborate across the HR organization to ensure HR functions proactively capture opportunities
- Support the execution of strategic HR initiatives
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial relations
Experience
5 to 7 years
