Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing the company's payroll budget
- Liaising with Controlling and Accounting departments
- Carrying out salary and benefits simulations
- Producing and analyzing mandatory reports (bilan social, BDES, NAO, social reports, gender equality)
- Monitoring, consolidating, analyzing and developing HR indicators
- Managing pension provisions
- Managing employee savings campaigns
- Acting as point of reference for HR indicators at national and international level
- Local management of annual performance and compensation review
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in HR/Finance/Controlling
Experience
At least 5 years
