Key Responsibilities

  • Building and managing the company's payroll budget
  • Liaising with Controlling and Accounting departments
  • Carrying out salary and benefits simulations
  • Producing and analyzing mandatory reports (bilan social, BDES, NAO, social reports, gender equality)
  • Monitoring, consolidating, analyzing and developing HR indicators
  • Managing pension provisions
  • Managing employee savings campaigns
  • Acting as point of reference for HR indicators at national and international level
  • Local management of annual performance and compensation review

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in HR/Finance/Controlling

Experience

At least 5 years
